Shap10r is a color logic puzzle where you crack a hidden code by deduction, never by luck.

CRACK THE CODE IN 10 TRIES
Five hidden Shaplors are drawn from 24 shape-and-color combinations. Every guess comes back with clues:
- Green frame: right shape, right position
- Yellow frame: right shape, wrong position
Read the clues, eliminate what cannot be true, and narrow the code down. You get 10 tries. That is the whole game, and it is harder than it sounds.

24 SHAPLORS: 3 SHAPES, 8 COLORS
Each Shaplor combines one of 3 shapes with one of 8 colors, and carries its own value. The shape is worth 10, 50 or 100, the color is worth 1 to 8. A blue square is worth 105. Reading those values is a second layer of logic on top of the color puzzle.

SCORING THAT REWARDS DEDUCTION
The earlier you find a Shaplor, the more points it is worth. Crack the full code and you take a bonus. A lucky guess scores; a reasoned guess scores much more.

TWO DIFFICULTY MODES
- Normal: the hidden code is sorted by ascending value, so the ordering itself is a clue.
- Hard: no sorting, and shape values run from 10 to 100 in steps of 10. Far fewer clues, far more deduction.
